All StoreHouse agents are paid as independent contractors. This means that you will be responsible for paying the income tax that you earn directly to the IRS. Once the form is filled out simply fax both completed forms to 949-709-3029. Upon receipt you will receive an e-mail confirming your application acceptance with your new personal affiliate link.

You can then start selling by making calls, sending out e-mails and/or letters that encourage your contacts to place orders online or by filling out hard-copies of our downloadable forms. Your "Personal Affiliate Link" must be clicked on by your customer to gain access to the StoreHouse Foods web site in order for you to receive your 10% commission.
